Die AGB gelten bei kurzzeitiger Vermietung der Ferienwohnungen in Hamburg mit tageweiser Kündigungsfrist, wobei es sich bei den Ferienwohnungen in Hamburg um möblierte Wohnungen mit  zweckmäßiger und guter Gesamtausstattung handelt. Die Ausstattung bietet einen mittleren Komfort und befindet sich in einem guten Erhaltungszustand. Die Funktionalität steht im Vordergrund. Insbesondere für  Ferien von Familien geeignet;  auch Business-  und Geschäftsreisende sind bei uns gut untergebracht.

Grundlage der  Übernachtung in einer unserer Ferienwohnung oder eines der Apartments ist  der Hamburger Mietvertrag in seiner jeweilig gültigen Fassung
.Es gilt auch die Hausordnung des Hamburger Mietvertrags und es kann u.a. bei Verstoss gegen diese das Apartment bzw. Ferienwohnung fristlos gekündigt werden. Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nur erlaubt, wenn vor Einzug eine Vereinbarung getroffen wurde.

Reiserücktrittsversicherung

Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reise-Rücktrittskostenversicherung bei der Reservierung Ihres Zimmers oder Ihrer Ferienwohnung, in dem Sie diese bei der unten empfohlenen Versicherung abschließen.

Diese schützt Sie vor finanziellen Belastungen, wenn Sie durch ein unvorhergesehenes Ereignis (z. B. Krankheit, Tot, schwerer Unfall, Schwangerschaft mit Komplikationen, erheblicher Schaden am Eigentum infolge von Feuer, Elementarereignisse, vorsätzlicher Straftat eines Dritten, nicht vorhersehbare, unfreiwillige Arbeitslosigkeit des Versicherten, unerwartete Einberufung zum Grundwehrdienst oder zu einer Wehrübung) die Reise nicht antreten oder diese vorzeitig beenden müssen.

Die Versicherung kann in Anspruch genommen werden, wenn Ihnen wegen Nichterfüllung des Mietvertrages vom Vermieter Gebühren in Rechnung gestellt werden. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass der Abschluss der RRV sich auf das gemietete Objekt bezieht. Eine Stornierung aus RRV-Gründen kann nur dann anerkannt werden, wenn Sie schriftlich formuliert und zusammen mit den entsprechenden Belegen (z.B. ärztliches Attest und Stornorechnung) an die Europäische Reiseversicherung AG, Vogelweidestraße 5, 81677 München geschickt wird.
